Apple Cider Vinegar
helps with many ailments and problems in the body. It is amazing. I’m so convinced about it, that I have at
least 1 tablespoon a day. It helps with allergies, sinus infections, acne, high
cholesterol, flu, chronic fatigue, candida (yeast), acid reflux, sore throats,
arthritis, and gout. Apple Cider Vinegar also breaks down fat and is widely
used to lose weight. It has also been reported that a daily dose of apple cider
vinegar helps with high blood pressure and type II diabetes. Before giving it a try check with your doctor.
I like Bragg’s apple cider vinegar. I use one table spoon mixed it with grape
juice or honey to cover up the taste and drink it daily. You know the saying “an
apple a day keeps the doctor away.” I
feel that “a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar a day keeps the doctors away.”
