Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple Cider Vinegar helps with many ailments and problems in the
body. It is amazing. I’m so convinced about it, that I have at
least 1 tablespoon a day. It helps with allergies, sinus infections, acne, high
cholesterol, flu, chronic fatigue, candida (yeast), acid reflux, sore throats,
arthritis, and gout. Apple Cider Vinegar also breaks down fat and is widely
used to lose weight. It has also been reported that a daily dose of apple cider
vinegar helps with high blood pressure and type II diabetes. Before
giving it a try check with your doctor.
I like Bragg’s apple cider vinegar. I use one table spoon mixed it
with water and agave nectar to be able to drink it daily. You know the saying
“an apple a day keeps the doctor away.” I feel that “a tablespoon of
apple cider vinegar a day keeps the doctors away.” Cheers!

health benefits are amazing. It is a naturally accruing antibiotic.
It’s helpful for people with arthritis. It breaks down
calcium deposits while rematerializing bones. Some external benefits of apple
cider vinegar include the soothing of irritated skin, the relief of muscle pain
from exercise; and promotes a youthful healthy body. Apple cider vinegar is a
purifier and is extremely effective in detoxifying many organs in conjunction
with the blood stream. It is also very effective at breaking down various
deposits in the body. There for helps promote healthy organs such as bladder, kidney,
and liver. It also helps keep the blood thin so less strain on the heart that
results in high blood pressure. Apple cider vinegar can also be used as an
agent to promote proper digestion and can help neutralize toxic substances that
are taken into the body during food consumption.
Potassium is found in abundance in apple cider vinegar and
is essential in normal body growth and function. Sinus troubles, excessive
mucus, tooth decay, unhealthy fingernails, watery eyes are all signs of
potassium deficiency levels in the body.
Apple cider vinegar can prevent hair loss because lower
potassium levels can cause failure of the body to reproduce worn-out tissues. Potassium
also acts as a restraint for those who suffer from nervousness or hyper-activeness.
One of the most widely known and the greatest benefits of apple cider vinegar
is that it promotes good digestion and helps keep you at a healthy weight. Apple
cider vinegar contains apple pectin, a dietary fiber that is an essential part
of a healthy diet containing over 90 substances and endless vitamins and
minerals, the benefits are impossible to ignore.
Below are some ways you can use apple cider vinegar to help
with many different problems.
Age spots
Mix equal parts of onion juice and apple cider vinegar and
use it daily on age spots.
Arthritis
Take 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and agave nectar
in a glass of water and drink several times a day.
Arthritis
For pain relief, you can localize treatment by soaking a
hand or a foot in a solution of warm water and apple cider vinegar two or three
times a day. Knees and shoulders joints can be treated by placing a cloth that
has been soaked in apple cider vinegar and warm water.
Athlete’s feet
Soak your feet for 30 minutes ’in two parts water and one
part apple cider vinegar then remove your foot and pat the foot dry. Repeat
till the infection is gone.
Asthma
Mix 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar with a glass of hot water
and sip regularly over the course of 1 hour.
Boils
One tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and one tablespoon of
agave nectar mixed with hot water and drink twice a day will give you relief
from painful boils.
Bones
Apple cider vinegar contains manganese, magnesium, silicon
and calcium which are all proven to sustain bones mass.
Bruises and swelling
Mix a solution of equal parts of apple cider vinegar and
cold water. Soak a clean cloth in the solution then ring out the cloth and wrap
the cloth around the bruise or swollen area for 1 hour if possible.
Cholesterol
To help reduce cholesterol levels, drink a cup of this
solution before you eat the largest meal of the day. 2 cups of grape juice, 1
cup of apple juice, ¼ cup of white distilled vinegar combine all of the
ingredients together and chill before drinking.
Cold sores
Dry up a cold sore by dabbing it with a cotton ball
saturated in white distilled vinegar three times a day. The vinegar will
quickly sooth the pain and swelling.
Constipation
Pectin, found in apple cider vinegar, can assist your body
with regular bowel movements. Take one teaspoon to aid in digestive acids to
help relive constipation.
Cough
Combine 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with 2
tablespoons of agave nectar in a glass of water and sip regularly through the day.
Cuts and Abrasions
Clean minor cuts and abrasions with a solutions made from
equal parts apple cider vinegar and water.
Diabetes
Apple cider vinegar helps control blood glucose levels.
Diarrhea
A glass of water and 1 table spoon of apple cider vinegar
about 5 times a day will lessen the suffering from diarrhea till you get the
bowels working naturally.
Digestion
Take 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar before each meal to
isolate the fat in food and it will pass through your system to aid in digestion.
Apple cider vinegar contains acetic acid which stimulates the production of
stomach acid. The more stomach acid the better because it breaks down your food
in smaller molecules. The smaller the more efficiently your intestine and liver
can absorb nutrients it needs.
Ear wash
This is an effective way to remove wax from the ear. Combine
equal parts of white distilled vinegar and warm water and gently rinse the ear
Fatigue
Apple cider vinegar and agave nectar in water is very
effective in eliminating chronic fatigue.
Free Radicals
Beta-carotene, found in apple cider vinegar is an extremely
powerful natural antioxidant that can neutralize free radicals in your body.
Gallstones and Kidney
Stone
Apple cider vinegars acids are helpful in breaking down
gallstones and kidney stones.
Hemorrhoids
Soothe the itching and burning by taking a cotton ball and
dabbing the affected area with full strength of apple cider vinegar.
Hair Lice
Lice just take warm apple cider vinegar and apply it to the
hair then dip the comb or brush and run that through the hair, then rinse.
Hair Loss
Hair loss is often caused by a tissue salt deficiency, but
drinking a daily solution of one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of
water can re-establish a natural balance and supply deficiencies. This is a
long-term treatment it could take a couple of months.

Rinse the hair with apple cider vinegar to neutralize the
alkali left by shampoos and gives the hair that extra shine.

Conditioning the hands to make them soft simply by dipping

When in hay-fever season take 2 tablespoons of apple cider
vinegar, agave nectar, and water 3 times a day.
Heartburn
Drink 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of
water prior to eating.
Hiccups
Drink 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, agave nectar and
water.
High Blood Pressure
Two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and two teaspoons of
agave nectar in a glass of water, drink 3-4 times daily helps maintain the
balance between proteins and carbohydrates which is essential if you have high
blood pressure.
Insect Bites and Stings
Soak a cotton ball in apple cider vinegar and hold on the
sore spot, with in a few minutes the pain will stop.
Insomnia
Lack of sleep? Just take 2 tablespoons of apple cider
vinegar, agave nectar, and water before going to bed, still up repeat.
Irritable Bowel Syndrome
Sip on a glass of apple cider vinegar water and agave nectar
mixed.
Kidneys and Bladder
Two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar in glass of water 6 times
a day will act as a cleaning agent for these organs.
Mouthwash
After eating garlic or onions, a quick and easy way to sweeten
your breath is to rinse your mouth with a solution made by dissolving 2
tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and 1 teaspoon of salt in a glass of water
.
Muscle camps
Half vinegar half water heated up and pour on a small towel
and wrap around the area.
Muscle
For pain in the muscle. Simply mix 2 cups of apple cider
vinegar in warm water for a bath or wrap an area of the body.
Nails
If your nails are brittle or have a fungus, mix a full
strength of apple cider vinegar in a bowel for 5 to 10 minutes.
Nose
Nausea or nose bleeding drink apple cider vinegar with agave
nectar and water 3 times daily can restore the natural clotting properties of
blood
Piercings
As vinegar is a natural antiseptic, bathing the infected
piercing in apple cinder vinegar can relive the symptoms.
Skin - Blemishes
To get rid of unsightly blemishes, mix one part apple cider
vinegar with 10 parts water put in a clean glass bottle or jar. After washing
your face as usual, dab the solution on your spots with a cotton ball. You can
do this several times a day with out drying out the skin. This treatment helps
adjust the pH balance in your skin, this can prevent new breakouts. Also great
for blackheads, blocked pores, cracked, and chapped skin, dry or itchy skin.
Skin – Minor Burns
and Sun Burns
Minor burns and sun burns just splash white distilled
vinegar on a towel to put it on the burn this will stop the pain immediately
and if you keep it on, you will not develop a blister.
Skin
Toner for the skin, after washing your face, mix 1
tablespoon of apple cider vinegar with 2 cups of water as a finishing rinse to
cleans and tighten your skin.
Stiff Neck
Mix a solution of equal parts apple cider vinegar and warm
water then soak a clean cloth, wring it out then wrap it around your neck
loosely then cover it with a towel, don’t strangle yourself please.
Tendonitis
Soak the area with apple cider vinegar till pain subsides.
Throat
Sore throat, cough from a flu or cold, just mix 1 table
spoon of apple cider vinegar and agave in a glass of warm water. You can gargle,
and then swallow.
Tooth Ache
Tooth ache soak a cotton ball in apple cider vinegar and
place it on the aching tooth and bite down.
Tooth
Brushing your teeth in white distilled vinegar will help
maintain your tooth color. Rinse thoroughly after. This treatment should only
be done only one time a week; a prolonged period of time the vinegar will begin
to dissolve the calcium and enamel of your teeth.
Vaginal Irritation /
Yeast Infections
A few tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in the bathwater, Bath
regularly until symptoms disappear.
Varicose Veins
Splash apple cider vinegar on varicose veins, this will
reduce the pain and swelling.
Warts
Put apple cider vinegar on a cotton ball and wrap and tape
it over the wart over night. Repeat till the wart is gone.
Weight loss
Drink apple cider vinegar with agave nectar mixed together
and drink before every meal.
