been suggested that the optimum amount of water a person should drink is one
ounce of water for every pound you weigh.
The more you
learn about the benefits of water the more you will realize water is vital to
your well-being.
In
a life time, the average person will drink 23,000 gallons of water. Just so you are aware, the water probability went thought six toilets and chemical treatments before it comes out of the faucet. Before you drink your water make sure it's clean. That's why I drink filtered water only.
Water
flushes the toxins out off your body. There’s a lot of sugar in juice and
alcohol. Get your sugar and calories from fruits and vegetables. Don’t drink your calories.
